'Alchemy of Souls' Park Eun Hye advises against getting a divorce: 'There are many downsides to it'
Wavve has confirmed the premiere date of its upcoming high school action thriller One: High School Heroes for May 30. A teaser was also released.
One: High School Heroes follows the story of top student Eui Gyeom (Lee Jung Ha), who suffers under his father's oppression, and Yoon Gi (Kim Do Wan), who seeks to exploit Eui Gyeom's talent for fighting. The two form a masked group called "High School Heroes" and unleash their pent-up rage, overturning the school's power hierarchy.
The teaser begins by showing Eui Gyeom taking down bullies one by one. The top model student, who used to stay far away from fights, gradually awakens to his innate combat abilities due to Yoon Gi, who recognized his potential. The teaser also shows Eui Gyeom being constantly under pressure from his father, Kim Seok Tae (Kim Sang Ho), who wants to make him a doctor.
Whereas Yoon Gi, despite Eui Gyeom firmly saying he doesn't fight, constantly instigates him to use his fists, saying, "Not what your dad wants, but what you want."
The screencard reads, "If you can't escape it, destroy it," and viewers see Eui Gyeom and Yoon Gi take down the school bullies one by one, beginning to overturn the school's hierarchy.
