SBS unveils a new teaser for No Tail to Tell.
No Tail to Tell tells the story of a peculiar gumiho, Eun Ho (Kim Hye Yoon) — who, unlike the typical ones, avoids becoming human at all costs to enjoy all the fun things life has to offer — and narcissistic soccer star Kang Si Yeol (Lomon), who crosses paths with her.
The second teaser hints at ominous changes sweeping through both Eun Ho's life as a nine-tailed fox and Kang Si Yeol's life as a human. Eun Ho, a gumiho who refuses to become human, and Kang Si Yeol, a world star who possesses textbook narcissism, get involved because of a wish. As Eun Ho says, "Didn't I tell you? I decide the method," Kang Si Yeol's cool and composure — when he insisted there was no such thing as wishes — begins to shake.
Next, we see Kang Si Yeol venting his frustration in a holding cell while Eun Ho wears an inscrutable smile.
With the caption "The moment everything changed, fate gets twisted again," the teaser also piques curiosity about the new life Eun Ho, a gumiho who has accumulated wealth instead of virtue, begins to live. In particular, Eun Ho's cry at the end of the teaser, "Because of you! I've become human," piques curiosity about the turn of events.
No Tail to Tell is set to premiere on January 16, 2026. The K-drama will be available to stream on Netflix.
