Kim Soo Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, has issued another statement emphasizing the circumstances surrounding the photos disclosed by HoverLab, expressing empathy for Kim Sae Ron's mother, and responding to claims made in the YouTube broadcast.

Hello, this is Gold Medalist.
We are providing our statement regarding the report made on March 14 by the YouTube channel HoverLab (Garo Sero Institute).
The photos released by HoverLab were taken on December 14, 2019. There is no justifiable reason for the indiscriminate disclosure of photos revealing the private lives of Kim Soo Hyun and the deceased. We ask you to stop spreading personal information.
We have also confirmed the statement from Kim Sae Ron's mother, which was disclosed in the broadcast that day. We believe that no words can adequately console her for the indescribable pain she is experiencing after losing Kim Sae Ron. We feel deep sorrow and regret for the pain that the deceased had to endure.
We deeply empathize with [Kim Sae Ron's] mother's concerns regarding the nature of numerous reports about the deceased. Kim Soo Hyun is also suffering damage due to HoverLab's report, as stated in our recent official statement.
However, there seem to be parts of the mother's claims that we have different opinions on. We also believe there may be details that she has not yet been made aware of. We believe that publicly disputing these matters is not appropriate for both the mother, who has been seeking any possible way to restore the deceased's honor, and for the deceased. Our management team would like to meet with the mother in person to provide a thorough explanation. Please feel free to contact the Gold Medalist office at any time.
Earlier today, Kim Sae Ron's mother demanded an apology from both Kim Soo Hyun and his agency Gold Medalist. Koreaboo reports:
Hello. This is the late actress Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved. This is what the family wants.
Firstly, we want Kim Soo Hyun to acknowledge that he was dating Kim Sae Ron from the time she was a minor, as well as a public apology from him.
Second, from the agency Gold Medalist, we request an official apology for media manipulation over the past three years where they claimed that the two have never dated, and again when they stated three days ago that they have never dated too.
Third, please acknowledge Kim Sae Ron's contributions as a founding member of the company and apologize for that.
Fourth, acknowledge and publicly apologize for sending a legal notice demanding repayment of ₩700 million KRW (about $482,000 USD) from Kim Sae Ron.
Fifth, the reason why Kim Soo Hyun was not mentioned in our official statement was to focus on and warn against Lee Jin Ho and malicious online viral reporters. Our family is not seeking anything from Kim Soo Hun or the agency, aside from an official apology.
Sixth, to prove the falsehoods that were spread by Lee Jin Ho, we were left with no choice but to mention that Sae Ron was in a relationship with Kim Soo Hyun. It was an unavoidable situation that required revealing Kim Soo Hyun’s photos. We hope everyone can offer their understanding.
Seventh, a legal complaint against Lee Jin Ho will be filed next week. We hope for a sincere public apology from him. Additionally, there should be an apology for calling after the funeral and visiting the columbarium and claiming they could not find it.
Although he may justify it as a fact-checking effort, the bereaved family felt mocked and deeply offended.
