'Tastefully Yours' team defines the K-drama as a 'late-night snack'
In the aftermath of the press conference held by late Kim Sae Ron's family's legal representative and Garo Sero Research Institute, Kim Soo Hyun's agency has issued an official statement, which is as follows:

Introduction
As the legal representative of Gold Medalist, I would like to address the claims made during the press conference held by the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute (hereinafter "Hoverlab") titled [Emergency Broadcast] "Kim Soo Hyun Serious Crime Exposé Press Conference".
Our position on the recording claimed by the Hoverlab
Hoverlab claimed during the press conference to have obtained recordings involving the late actress Kim Sae Ron. However, this recording is completely fabricated. Gold Medalist has determined that the recording was created using AI or similar technology. The individual who provided the recordings to Garo Sero Research Institute (hereinafter "the recording provider") is a fraudster who also approached Gold Medalist, claiming to possess a recording in which the late actress Kim Sae Ron spoke favorably about actor Kim Soo Hyun.The recording provider demanded money from Gold Medalist and sent a portion of the recording, which was manipulated to imitate the voice of the late Kim Sae Ron. Gold Medalist did not comply with any of the demands made by the recording provider.
The individual who provided the recording is someone who could not have had any contact whatsoever with the late Kim Sae Ron. After failing in their attempt to defraud Gold Medalist, this person colluded with Hoverlab to release a fabricated recording of the late Kim Sae Ron. As previously stated, Gold Medalist believes that the recording was forged using AI or similar technologies to mimic the voice of the late Kim Sae Ron. We are currently conducting a technical analysis to verify this, and we will share the results as soon as they are available.
Regarding the so-called "photo of the attack" claimed by Hoverlab
During the press conference, Hoverlab also claimed that the individual who provided the recording was assaulted at the instigation of Gold Medalist or Attorney Go Sang Rok, and released a so-called "photo of the attack" as evidence. This claim by Hoverlab is utterly baseless and not to be tolerated, and it is also irrational and implausible by any common-sense standard. In fact, the "photo of the attack" released by Hoverlab is an image that can be easily found through a simple internet search. Hoverlab and the recording provider are falsely presenting a photo downloaded from the internet as evidence of an attack.
Gold Medalist's plan for response toward Hoverlab
This press conference held by Hoverlab is yet another fabrication, orchestrated as a form of cyberattack against actor Kim Soo Hyun, as Hoverlab finds itself cornered due to their defamation, stalking, cyber sex crimes, and evidence tampering. Gold Medalist is appalled by Hoverlab's press conference, which serves as definitive proof that the many claims which Hoverlab has made previously are false and fabricated. Such actions by Hoverlab constitute a new type of crime involving the use of AI and represent a grave criminal act aimed at destroying the character of actor Kim Soo Hyun based on fabricated evidence.Those responsible will be held fully accountable and face appropriate punishment. Gold Medalist plans to immediately file criminal complaints and charges against Hoverlab for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation). We will fully cooperate with investigative authorities to ensure that Hoverlab is punished according to the law and principles.
