
Lee Sung Min will reportedly join the webtoon-based K-drama Get Schooled.
On January 31, media outlets reported that Lee Sung Min would join Kim Mu Yeol, Jin Ki Joo, and Block B's P.O. in the upcoming action youth K-drama Get Schooled.
Lee Sung Min's agency, HODU & U Entertainment, responded to the casting. They shared, "Lee Sung Min did receive the offer and he is positively reviewing it."
If Lee Sung Min confirms his casting, this will be his fourth upcoming K-drama. The actor will also star in the K-dramas God’s Beads and I'm Home. He will also make a special cameo appearance in Nine Puzzle. The actor will also join the upcoming movie There Is No Choice.
Early this year, Lee Sung Min made a special appearance in the historical K-drama The Queen Who Crowns.
Lee Sung Min last starred in the 2023 K-drama A Bloody Lucky Day with Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Jung Eun, Hong Xa Bin, Lee Kang Ji, and Tae Hang Ho.
Get Schooled will be based on the webtoon of the same name, written by Chae Yong Taek and illustrated by Han Ga Ram. It will showcase the happenings of the fictional agency Teachers' Rights Protection Agency. The K-drama will showcase how the agency will help the teachers restore the school's authority.
Director Hong Jong Chan (Juvenile Justice, Life, and Dear My Friends) and writer Lee Nam Gyu (Daily Dose of Sunshine, Behind Your Touch, and Duty after School) will join forces for the upcoming K-drama.
There's no information yet on the role that was offered to Lee Sung Min.
Get Schooled will reportedly premiere in 2026. According to reports, the K-drama will air through a global OTT platform.
