'Perfect Crown' wraps up at personal best, 'My Royal Nemesis' hits new high
The Netflix series The Art of Sarah will be released on February 13.
The Art of Sarah tells the story of a woman, Sarah Kim (Shin Hae Sun), who wanted to embody luxury. She is suddenly labelled as the victim in a murder case. Digging deep into Sarah's mystery is Detective Park Mu Gyeong (Lee Jun Hyuk), who traces her desires only to uncover shocking truths.
The poster shows a woman's corpse, her face covered by a handbag, and Detective Park Mu Gyeong sitting beside her. The blood flowing along the outline of Sarah's face, passing by Mu Gyeong and to the corpse, heightens curiosity about the truth she is hiding.

The teaser presents multiple facets of Sarah Kim, posing questions about who she really is and what constitutes her true life. A body is discovered in a sewer with its face caved in, and the detective in charge of the case, Mu Gyeong, investigates the tattoo on the ankle of the corpse, eventually learning that the deceased’s identity is Sarah Kim. Beginning with the revelation, "There are no records of Sarah Kim anywhere," Mu Gyeong embarks on tracking the traces of this unidentified woman.
The teaser then shows Sarah in tears, saying something has gone wrong. The teaser juxtaposes a glamorous Sarah Kim — indulging in luxury shopping and an opulent lifestyle — with another version of herself in worn-out clothes, working hard and eating leftover food. "If you can't tell the fake from the real, is it really fake?" she says, heightening anticipation for the story told by a woman who wanted to become real and her life stained with falsehood.
The K-drama is directed by Kim Jin Min (My Name, Lawless Lawyer).
The Art of Sarah is coming February 13, only on Netflix. Stay tuned for more updates!
