According to several media outlets on May 8, Seo Yea Ji has been chosen to lead the upcoming K-drama titled Forest of Humans. This will possibly be her grand comeback to the K-drama scene.
Seo Yea Ji's agency, Sublime, responded to the casting reports. According to them, "Seo Yea Ji received the offer to star in Forest of Humans. She is currently in the process of reviewing it."

The K-drama will base its story from the webtoon of the same name by Hwang Joon Ho.
According to reports, the K-drama is in discussion to be released through an OTT streaming platform.
