'The WONDERfools' actress Lee Soo Bin announces marriage

On May 23, in response to the public controversy sparked by the awards segment during the finale of The Inn Season 4, Shen Yue posted a lengthy statement on social media, formally offering her sincere apologies to Wang Hedi, aka Dylan Wang, and everyone else affected by the incident.
The controversy began during the show's award exchange segment, which aired on the evening of May 22 (local time). The award Dylan Wang received was titled "Best You're Just Wang Hedi Award." The speech included the pun "Wang He-di" (a play on his name sounding like "bottom") and also mentioned, "We have a group chat without you in it."
As the controversy escalated, in the early hours of May 23, Dylan Wang posted a message, writing, "At the time, I thought maybe I was just being overly sensitive. But after reading everyone's analyses all day, I want to say that I did feel uncomfortable then."

Shortly afterward, his studio also released a statement in support of him, emphasizing, "Being sensitive is not weakness; it is simply a person's instinctive awareness of the subtle temperature difference between the vibe and boundaries. The memories of working hard together were real, and that discomfort was real too, and it likewise deserves to be acknowledged and taken seriously."
Not long after Dylan Wang spoke out, Shen Yue posted a lengthy apology statement on the morning of May 23, addressing the two core controversies—the award's name and the "exclusive group chat" issue.
Regarding the controversial award title "You're Just Wang Hedi," Shen Yue explained that it was a joke from during the show's filming. The actual intention, she said, was to encourage Wang Hedi to set aside the burdens of his role as the lead organizer and comfortably return to being himself, with absolutely no intention of belittling him.

She also mentioned that during an interview, she had been asked, "When does Wang Hedi seem most like the lead organizer?" and that her answer was "every moment", stressing that she had always acknowledged his efforts and had never intended to look down on any collaborator.
Addressing the controversy over "creating a separate group chat without Wang Hedi," Shen Yue shared screenshots of the chat to give clarification. She explained that the "small group" mentioned in the award speech was only meant as a joke and that no such group actually existed at the time. The real small group, she said, was created on February 13 for the sole purpose of arranging a group screening for Dylan Wang's new movie.

At the end of her statement, Shen Yue once again apologized: "I'm sorry, Wang Hedi. I neglected the feelings of the lead organizer, and I would like to sincerely apologize, and apologize to everyone affected by this matter as well." She also said that she cherishes the time spent with all her colleagues and sincerely wishes everyone a happy finale for the show.
Shen Yue's studio soon posted a statement in support of her, writing, "Gentleness has its own strength. Don't fall into self-doubt because of one-sided interpretations from the outside world. And in both your actions and how you treat others, have a clear conscience."
The statement also emphasized, "We respect constructive public discussion based on facts, but we will firmly protect Ms. Shen Yue's lawful rights and interests. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against malicious defamation."
