'Tale of the Nine-Tailed' co-stars Jo Bo Ah and Lee Dong Wook will work together again in 'The Divor
Jo Bo Ah will again show her loyalty to Lee Dong Wook through The Divorce Insurance.
On March 25, media outlet Dong-A reported that Jo Bo Ah will make a special cameo appearance in the upcoming tvN K-drama The Divorce Insurance. The actress will again make a special appearance in Lee Dong Wook's work.
Jo Bo Ah and Lee Dong Wook first paired up in the hit K-drama Tale of the Nine-Tailed. Ever since then, the two remained close and the actress even made a cameo appearance in the sequel Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938.
This will be the first appearance of Jo Bo Ah on the small screen after two years. The actress last starred in the 2023 series Destined with You.
2025 is the grand comeback of Jo Bo Ah to the K-drama scene. She is set to lead the upcoming historical series Dear Hongrang with Lee Jae Wook, Jung Ga Ram, Uhm Ji Won, Park Byung Eun, and Kim Jae Wook.
She is also one of the main leads of the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama Knock Off. The series was supposed to premiere in the first quarter of 2025 but due to the controversy over Jo Bo Ah's co-star Kim Soo Hyun, the release date of the series was postponed.
The Divorce Insurance will reveal the story of the product development team at Plus Insurance. This team, many of whom are themselves divorcees, will introduce their newly developed insurance policy for divorce, given that divorce rates continue to rise.
Lee Dong Wook, Lee Joo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Da Hee, Kim Won Hae, WJSN's EXY, Jo Jae Yoon, and Nam Chang Hee will work together to reveal the story of the K-drama.
The series will be created by director Lee Won Suk (Killing Romance, The Royal Tailor, and How to Use Guys with Secret Tips) and writer Lee Jae Yoon (Secret Royal Inspector & Joy).
The Divorce Insurance will begin airing on March 31 at 8:50 PM KST. It will exclusively air on tvN and streaming platform, Prime Video.
