Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Actress Cho Hye Jung's comeback K-drama will be Yumi's Cells Season 3.
On June 30, media outlets reported that Cho Hye Jung will be added to the cast lineup of the upcoming third season of Yumi's Cells.
Cho Hye Jung's agency, BH Entertainment, confirmed the casting reports. According to them, "Cho Hye Jung is joining the cast of Yumi's Cells Season 3. She got accepted through auditions."
This will be the actress's follow-up work after four years. She last starred in the hit 2022 K-drama Our Blues alongside Lee Byung Hun, Shin Min Ah, Cha Seung Won, Lee Jung Eun, Uhm Jung Hwa, and Han Ji Min.
Cho Hye Jung started her acting career in 2014. She is best known for being part of the K-dramas Alchemist, Because It's the First Time, Cinderella and the Four Knights, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, Go Back Couple, and more.

Yumi's Cells Season 3 will showcase Yumi's journey as a star writer when a surprising romance enters her life. This unexpected relationship will trigger a new wave of emotions, reawakening the quiet cell village in her mind. The K-drama adapted its story from the popular webtoon of the same name by Lee Dong Geon.
The upcoming K-drama is confirmed to be led by Kim Go Eun, Kim Jae Won, and Lee Yoo Bi.
Cho Hye Jung is expected to play the role of Na Hee, the youngest writer in the company who admires Kim Yu Mi.
Director Lee Sang Yeob and writers Song Jae Jung, Kim Yoon Joo, and Kim Kyung Ran will join forces once again for the new season.
Yumi's Cells Season 3 will premiere in the first half of 2026. It will reportedly have a total of 8 episodes, and it will exclusively air on TVING.
