The true culprit behind the Choi Hwa Yeon murder. Though outwardly kind and hardworking, he secretly resents adults and bullies weaker peers, revealing a disturbing duality. His descent began after enduring severe childhood abuse that tore his family apart.
Inspired by the Red Hood, he kills Choi Hwa Yeon and later commits burglaries using scissors. Caught during one break-in, he’s exposed by Song Ha Yeong as the murderer in both the Choi Hwa Yeon and Won Mal Suk cases.
