Cho Hyeon Gil is charged for the dismemberment murder of a young girl in Changui.
He grew up in a troubled home and lacked proper education. After losing two fingers in a construction accident at thirty, he kidnapped five-year-old Lee Su Hyeon to demand a ransom. When she couldn't give her mother’s number and only cried, he sexually assaulted and brutally murdered her, then dismembered and abandoned her body.
The Criminal Behavior Analysis Team and Mobile Investigation Unit tracked him to a shipping container using behavioral profiling and check records. Detectives Yun Tae Gu and Nam Il Yeong arrested him.
In Episode 5, he appears in prison, unrepentant, blaming the victim, and showing signs of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
