A former teacher at Bukyeong Elementary School, he murdered Lee and dismembered her body into 24 pieces, although official records list 23 parts. He was the first subject analyzed by the Criminal Behavior Analysis Team. He often highlights the brutality of the crime and attempts to provoke others, including Song Ha Yeong, by suggesting they are close to becoming monsters like him.
