Foundation Establishment (筑基) - lives about 200-250 yrs.
Golden Core/Core Formation (结丹) - lives about 500-600 yrs.
Nascent Soul (元婴) - 1000- 1600 yrs. Heaven tribulations/trials every ~300 yrs (trials become harder each iteration).
Soul Formation/Divine Transformation (化神) - lives about 2000 yrs, but already exceeding what the realm could support. To proceed further they need to do a realm ascension (mortal -> spiritual). Heaven trials every ~300 yrs.
Spiritual realm (灵界)
Void Refinement (炼虚) - basically an immortal at this stage, but still need to go thru heaven trials every 3000 yrs, and they can die if failed.
Body Integration (合体) - same.
Great Ascension/Mahayana (大乘) - same.
Tribulation Transcendence (渡劫) - once trial completed successfully, will ascend to immortal realm.
Immortal realm (真仙界)
True Immortal (真仙)- lives forever (no more heaven tribulations), but still can be killed by other immortals. Each level up makes them stronger and harder to kill.
Golden Immortal (金仙)- same, but need to go thru 5 immortal-declines to advance to the next level.
Supreme Unity Jade Immortal /High Zenith (太乙玉仙) - same as true immortal.
Great Encompassment/Zenith Heaven (大罗) - same as true immortal. Need to get rid of 3 corpses (evil corpse, kind corpse, self corpse) to advance to next level.
Tao Ancestor (道祖) - final stage. There can only be one Tao ancestor for each Tao path, so the late comers will need to battle the current one to take his/her place (if already occupied). They are the most powerful once reaching this stage, but each time they use the Tao power, a portion of them will fuse with the Tao, until they are swallowed completely and become part of the Tao.
