everyone talks about the drama, donghua, and novel version, but there is also the manhua version.
i dont know what the latest episode is for the translation project, but here's what I've found for the latest episodes:
mgeko = ep 337
Xbato = ep 307
mangafire = ep 342
The manhua's story is already further ahead than the comic's, but i think the donghua is catching up.
i check in manga.bilibili for the raw scan, already up to episode 361 .
i dont know if there is any read manhua site that can catch up with the raw chinese one? or they already stopped translated it to english?
note: manhua ep 172 is when the drama season 1 ended.
