This is quiet long but i'm sure it will help you to understand hua yong's goal and his actions to make sheng suffer somehow .
Here are some of the opnion i gathered and i'm completely convinced about why hua yong left sheng despite doing such a thing , it will be quiet long so i hope you can read it since i think it will be helpful for you to completely understand hua yong , and his purpose and him making sheng suffer sometimes (not the r*pe which was out of his control )
-I know Hua Yong leaving after assaulting Shaoyou was a crazy move—even when I read the novel, at this scene I went “Come’on now, you can’t be serious…Leaving after assaulting him is disgusting bro…What kind of gutter behavior is this???”….Like, why leave after assaulting him??? Ok, I get that graping him was unintentional, but bro, leaving after??? this is when he needed his fv*cking pretense the most…Even though he wouldn’t tell Hua Yong what happened to him, at he least the boy needs to be there for him to come back to…AT LEAST!!!This was the time he needed Hua Yong to be in the fv*cking house waiting for him (whether he’s the one that did it or not) It’s better than coming back and finding him gone…..But bro chose this moment to add his mind games on top of his SA….Like WHY FV*CKING LEAVE???!!Like seriously, come home…come and continue your pretense, I will welcome the pretence at this point as long as I don’t get to see Shaoyou breaking down the way he did….but no??? You’re not in the house? You left a frigging letter and disappeared??? Are you mad???When I read this part in the novel, I was flabbergasted and shocked, but seeing Shaoyou crying this hard because of him, bro 😫😫😫
But after a while, I came to realize why he left—To break Shaoyou, to make him need him and ache for him—He left at the moment Shaoyou would need his company the most, to make him feel his absence even more painfully than before….I realized that, this is in fact what should be expected of Hua Yong’s personality….(not the assaulting part but the leaving part) The boy doesn’t know how to play fair, he plays dirty when it comes to getting what he wants….Making the almighty and proud “I don’t believe in love” Alpha Shaoyou fall irrevocably in love with him is all part of his plan and he has achieved it…Let’s not forget that they all grew up in dysfunctional families which shaped them into the people they are now…Shaoyou grew up in a home where his father’s promiscuous ways birthed many illegitimate children, so he grew up hating anything/everything that has to do with illegitimate kids, and doesn’t believe in love either….Hua Yong grew up in a home where he’s an illegitimate child 13 , and in that environment he had to use his wit, guile, scheming strategies, and ruthlessness to secure his place as the owner of X-holdings (as the youngest, he was also bullied by his eldest siblings, until he transitioned into an Enigma)Shen Wenlang grew up in his own dysfunctional household too, that turned him into a person that absolutely abhors Omegas, while Gao Tu grew up in the same dysfunctional home that turned him into a person that lies about his true identity just to protect himself….So can we fault them for who they are, given that they all grew into what their environment made them?
And let me also let you all know that the hatred Shaoyou has for illegitimate children also extends to Hua Yong as the owner of X holding…Even though Shaoyou has never met him officially as the owner of X holding, he harbors hatred for him as being an illegitimate child that took away the family business from the legitimate children….(All without knowing the real story behind it…That’s how strong his hate for illegitimate children is)Hua Yong knows this….Having followed Mr. Sheng for 15years, he knows the things he detests, he knows his stubbornness and his pride as well….Knowing how proud Shaoyou can be, do you think he would’ve happily said yes to Hua Yong if he came straight up to him and said “I am an Enigma, and I would love for you to be my Omega”?No….the man would’ve made it a mission to make sure that Hua Yong never appeared in front of him ever again—which would’ve also led to Hua Yong having to use real force to bend him to his will—(believe it or not)Now, the reason Hua Yong settled for this way is because, he wants to make Shaoyou fall so helplessly in love with him that even if he finds out later who or what he truly is, he wouldn’t be able to abandon him (which is what happened)His methods might be cruel….Disappearing and leaving a letter for him is also cruel, the mental toll on Shaoyou is real too but this is exactly what Hua Yong wants….That “I can’t live without you” dependency, he wants to instill it in Mr. Sheng so much that he will never dream of living without him—because this is also how he feels about Mr. Sheng—And given how calculating and scheming Hua Yong is, given the way he grew up, I can tell you all that this is the only way he knows how—especially when handling an Alpha as proud as Shaoyou
-Mr Sheng doesn’t believe in love and doesn’t believe that anything good can come from it, but Hua Yong came along, broke him and healed him too with love….He made him realize that the love he thinks is for fools, he’s capable of feeling it too, to such great extent…He showed Shaoyou what it means to crave for someone so much that your heart feels hot and stifled without them…Left for Shaoyou, this relationship wouldn’t have lasted this long because his life plan doesn’t include settling down with anybody or being tied down by anybody…But Hua Yong’s plan is to settle down with him, he wants to be tied down by him….And if playing mental games with him will make that happen, then so be it…Hua Yong’s love for Mr. Sheng burns hot and his methods too extreme (minus the S/A because that was unintentional) but until he gets what he wants, until he believes without a doubt that Mr. Sheng loves him just as much as he does him, he won’t stop…..Mr. Sheng is a proud Alpha, and Hua Yong is a calculating dominant Enigma….Both of them have dominating genes in them, but one of them has to submit, and I can assure you all that it most definitely won’t be the Enigma (In whatever way they want to go about it)…..Oh but don’t get it wrong, Hua Yong, even as an Enigma is ready and willing to submit—he just needs to know that Mr. Sheng will be with him and love him regardless….He’s even ready to remove his Pheromones gland and become an Omega if that’s all it takes to be with Shaoyou…But the catch is that Shaoyou has to be willing to be with him forever….It might seem unfair to Shaoyou that he’s not even given a chance to choose, but giving him a chance to choose wouldn’t have even gotten Hua Yong anywhere near him to begin with, and Hua Yong won’t have that, hence his choosing this method….Like they say, “All is fair in love and war” and Hua Yong will utilize every means possible to assure that in this lifetime, the only thing that will keep them apart is death…(and even death itself would have a hard time separating them too, as long as Hua Yong is concerned)
