My first impression: unnecessary drama, no big actors, just 1 rising FL and the remaining are low-key leads.

There is no necessary cameo from a Hospital Playlist actor; if the drama has real content, it turns out there is nothing new.

Ohh I just loved the first episode.
I love DW and OIY as couple... I mean who wouldn't fall a gentleman like DW❤️??
Even though this is not a romantic medical drama but the way first episode came out with a hint of slow burn romance intrigued me to ship them harder. DW already has feelings for OIY and FL just started to see something something in him.

Ahhhhe the way ML whispered in FL ear .... Even I got butterflies in my stomach 😘😘😍😍. FL is very reserved in her feelings whereas ML is quite open. I can't wait for the day....who will be first to confess love!!!

omg...yes...the chemistry between those two since the beginning was really intriguing...like i couldn't help but ship ship ship those two together....

wow.....u wrote long but i kinda agree with only the 1st point u stated...he 100% fell first....but that 2nd opinion too is not that bad too as u are thinking cause she confessed to him, he will now start to see her differently and automatically falling for her....but u made a wrong mistake in ur point 2 as u said "yiyeong likes to spend money, that's why she has a 50 million won debt", from my observation, apparently it is her father's debts which he owned as i think he ran a business before but it fell under, so i think he had to pay for some damages and things like that...though i don't know if i'm right with this though...

Well I didn't think in that pov. It can be. Thanks for helping me notice. But she also lost her job and that's why she has no income source too. But before her father went bankrupt she used to go on message and there she spent 1.2 million won in some footcare or whatever, it's understandable because she was rich at that time so she definitely could do that.
But Google states that she is in debt because of her father's bankruptcy and her reckless spending of money. Both are the reasons, we can't totally say that she's not careless about spending money. Yes that's because she is rich, even so, she in debt after all, for whatever the reason is.
