The script for adaptation only use some character names and background Republican Era from the novel.

So we can call it is mostly original script.

But, I don't want to encourage everyone not to read the novel.The novel is dark romance and explores the deepest psychology of both leads with heavy SM, guilt, self loathing etc.So if u r SM sucker, u will just find out the author is very good writer for this genre.

But ,the adaptation will be whole new characters set up with completely different plot lines that makes me very excited becuz it will be how the story told + what will happen next kind of thrill when we watch the drama .
