Hi everyone,
I've been reading the comments for a while now, and I noticed many people are dropping this drama just after reading the description or watching the first episode. I just want to say something to those viewers:
Why judge so quickly?
Is soul swap only acceptable when it happens between young bodies?
Gender swaps seem fine to most, but when it's an old man's soul in a young boy’s body, suddenly it's too hard to accept?
Even though I haven’t read the novel, from what I’ve seen in the comments from readers, it’s clear that the writer created this unique plot on purpose.
Aren’t both leads young in appearance now?
And if a drama showed romance between a young and older character in real life, would that also be a problem?
The entire cast is giving their best performances.
Should we only praise them if there are NC (intimate) scenes?
Every expression they deliver is worth clapping for.
Still, ratings are low, and more people are dropping it.
But this story is really sweet and simple.
Both characters have old souls, both are bound by a promise they couldn’t fulfil.... now they get the chance to complete it.
We always say "Don't judge a book by its cover", right?
Well, here I’d say: Don't judge a series by its first impression.
