Many are understandably concerned that this drama will not deliver a satisfying ending. If that turns out to be the case, I think the best way to recover from the time you wasted watching it is my watching something that's actually good. 😁️

So, give us your best below. It doesn't have to be similar to this drama (but it can be). The only prerequisite is that it actually be worth watching and not a waste of time. I'll start. Sorry if you've seen these.

- My Mister

Best K-drama I've seen. Kept me hooked the entire time. Nothing compares yet. Watch it if you haven't. There are romantic elements to the story (from the FL), but they are unrequited, so just know that going in. Also, ML's wife is cheating on him with his boss from Episode 1, but I enjoyed how that was resolved in the story.

- Our Beloved Summer

Very balanced romance. Felt like I was watching a story about a couple with neither party being more important than the other.

- Flower of Evil

ML is connected to a string of serial murders and his wife, the FL, is a cop trying to catch him. Loved this shit.

- Call It Love

Similar plot to My Mister. Not as good and kinda slow, but I enjoyed it.

- Encounter

Female CEO falls for one of her employees. Loved the dynamic between them.

- I Am Not A Robot

The Kdrama that got me into Kdramas. A little cliched but a fun watch. It's about a woman pretending to be a robot for a rich guy who's allergic to touching people (yes, I'm serious 😂️ ). He ends up falling in love with her, believing her to be a robot.

(Dis)Honorable mentions

These are K-dramas that I liked for the most part, but have a few reservations about.

- Queen of Tears
It was good, and I could probably watch it again. But one subplot really pissed me off. There is a subplot where one of the characters has been tricked into raising a kid that isn't his by his wife. It infuriated me because you can see the guy putting effort into the kid and loving him. And worse, when the wife's betrayal is revealed, he fucking defends her! So fucking annoying!

- It's Okay to Not Be Okay

Crazy rich lady aggressively pursues a normal guy. Fun and funny. The down side? ML has an autistic brother. In order to get closer to the ML, FL manipulates the brother which eventually leads to the autistic brother attacking the ML while the FL just stands in the background and watches it happen. Difficult scene to sit through.
