2. The Toxic Redemption (The Ultimate Insult): Giving the manipulative, toxic lawyer a "happy ending" with the female lead is peak lazy writing. This man wasn’t just a third wheel; he was an emotional manipulator who orchestrated the collapse of a years-long relationship, acting as the root cause of the main couple's destruction.
