I'm sure some people upload those video on Vimeo.
Usually, seiyuu events are never uploaded for streaming purpose, or in case they did, it's only partial for seiyuu reaction (in Facebook, Reddit, or Twitter usually)
If you want specific seiyuu event, asking to 4chan's /jp/ might be the best solution for you.
