STORY 1: THE DEBT

Debt Guy is drowning in loans, and the sharks have given him a final warning—pay up soon, or they’ll start harvesting his organs. Meanwhile, his father is hospitalized after an accident. Desperate, Debt Guy devises a plan: if his father dies under suspicious circumstances, he can claim the insurance payout and escape his creditors. He ventures into the woods, where the homeless gather, seeking a killer.

There, he meets Cap Guy. He offers him 10 million won to kill his father the following Sunday when he returns from church. Cap Guy accepts. But the next day, when the father’s body is discovered, the shocking truth emerges—he had already died three days prior, on Friday.

Realizing this, Debt Guy keeps the truth from Cap Guy and claims his father merely left for the countryside. Still, he offers 2 million won as a token of appreciation for agreeing to the murder. Cap Guy, however, knows the father is already dead. Seizing the opportunity, he demands 30 million won instead, recording their conversation as leverage. Debt Guy, now trapped, decides Cap Guy must die.

STORY 2: THE DOCTOR AND THE DEAD

Friday night, KM Doc is on his first date with Sidechick. After drinks, they check into a secluded motel, indulge in more alcohol, and sleep together. At midnight, Sidechick claims she must leave—her friend’s father has passed away. Instead of taking a taxi, she asks KM Doc to drive. He’s drunk, but she flirts, keeping him distracted.

Then, disaster strikes. An old man appears on the road—Debt Guy’s father. KM Doc crashes into him, killing him instantly. Panicked, they load the corpse into the trunk. Just as they’re about to leave, they spot Beomjun on a bicycle, watching them. To eliminate the witness, KM Doc chases him down, knocks him unconscious, and throws him into the trunk as well.

They drive deep into the wilderness. KM Doc gives Beomjun two choices: die or take a payoff and become an accomplice. Beomjun demands more money and agrees. Together, they bury the body. The next day, Sidechick abruptly breaks up with KM Doc. Soon after, news reports confirm the body has been found. Beomjun starts blackmailing KM Doc for more money, and KM Doc, influenced by Sidechick, debates killing him. But Sidechick suggests a different approach: pay him once, then record a conversation to turn the tables on him later.

While repairing the accident car, KM Doc finds the black box SD card. Watching the footage, he realizes the truth—Beomjun had thrown the body onto the road before the crash, framing him. He confronts Sidechick, who offers him coffee. As he takes a sip, he feels his body going numb. Beomjun is already in the car, having sedated him. It was a setup. Their plan? Kill him using carbon monoxide poisoning and dump him in a junkyard.

But as they drive, KM Doc slowly regains movement, using acupuncture techniques on himself. When they stop at the burial site to smoke, he makes a break for it. They chase him. Beomjun runs him down with the car. Still alive but broken, they decide to take him to his own home and set it on fire, staging a suicide.

However, Sidechick double-crosses Beomjun, attempting to kill him. Beomjun senses it and kills her instead. With two bodies in the house, he searches for anything valuable and finds KM Doc’s laptop. He discovers a photo on the wall, revealing KM Doc was married. Just then, KM Doc’s Wife arrives home. Seeing the carnage, she flees. Beomjun burns the house down and disappears.

STORY 3: THE NURSE’S REVENGE

Nurse is haunted by her past—she was gang assaulted in school by three classmates: her first boyfriend and two others. They got away with it, serving only brief sentences. Determined to learn their fates, she hires an investigator. One is dead. Another is in prison for murder. The third—her ex—is still out there.

Later, a burn patient arrives at the hospital. To her horror, she recognizes him as her ex-boyfriend. Consumed by rage, she nearly kills him with a scalpel but hesitates. The patient is slowly recovering, unaware of who she is. He is eventually discharged. They meet again outside the hospital, but he still does not recognize her, making her more angry.

Meanwhile, Beomjun moves to a new neighborhood. Penniless, he joins a beggar community, but the other homeless reject him. A fight breaks out at night. He beats them all and claims dominance over the group. It is here he meets Debt Guy for the first time. The twist? Cap Guy and Beomjun are the same person.

Debt Guy prepares meticulously to kill Cap Guy, selecting weapons—a fruit knife in his pocket, a hammer in his car, and a suitcase ready for body disposal. But Cap Guy gets the upper hand, knocking him unconscious. When Debt Guy wakes up, he’s naked in an abandoned house. Cap Guy is calmly shaving.

His beggar friends are cannibals. Debt Guy was meant to be their prey the night he came looking for a killer, but Cap Guy spared him for financial gain. Now, he declares, Debt Guy’s time is up. He will kill him and assume his identity. The final revelation? Debt Guy is the third rapist from Nurse’s past.

THE FINAL ACT

Cap Guy/Beomjun kills Debt Guy and burns the house down, suffering burns himself in the process.

The burn patient at the hospital? Not Debt Guy. Not the rapist. But Cap Guy/Beomjun himself. That’s why he doesn’t recognize Nurse. That night, driven by revenge, Nurse follow him to kill him, thinking he’s Debt Guy. But Oppa Doc, her current boyfriend, stops her. In the struggle, she accidentally wounds him and breaks down. They leave together, and she confesses everything about her past to him. They decide to move forward, finding solace in each other.

Meanwhile, Debt Guy’s deadline expires. The loan sharks abduct Beomjun, mistaking him for Debt Guy. They harvest his organs and leave him for dead. The doctor performing the surgery? None other than Nurse’s boyfriend, Oppa Doc.

THE END.
