New to cdramas need recs!

Ive seen master devil do not kiss me, I cannot touch you and hidden love (earlier this year) I liked it but felt it was a bit boring (sorry ik a lot of ppl love it) and that hed known her in school was a bit eh. Need smt with good chemistry, a good interesting plot I always like. Also wanna try historical cdramas but dont know where to start what's a good drama to get into that genre? Smt not too long or slow and easy to get into.

Haven't watch many Chinese costume dramas, but giving some recommendation.

Maybe you could start historical chinese microdrama like:

• Hilarious Family (season 2 is of different plot, no need to watch)
