4) 25-2-Ruins - A building that's been in a fire with blackened walls that are still standing and no people living inside - can it be considered as ruins?

5) Districts - Old District - Ancient Town - In historical and/or fantasy dramas, there is always a place that's been there for hundreds, if not thousands of years. Like for example, leads reincarnate and come to the same place zillion years later. Do such places count?

Yes to all but number one, unless the job of the security  worker  includes inspect + repair. 

Definition Maintenance workers provide a wide range of repair work on various infrastructure, equipment and tools for many industries. They work to ensure that all aspects of a workplace or area run optimally by performing inspections on equipment, machinery and facilities

Hi, question about:

22.5 MC spotted at an athletic arena - Can a professional baseball stadium be used in this prompt? Or since it says arena, it needs to be an indoor facility?

…… So the anwser is yes! A baseball stadium is considered an athletic arena. While "arena" is sometimes used more specifically for enclosed venues, a baseball stadium is a type of athletic venue, similar to an arena, designed for hosting sporting events.

6-5-Maintenance Worker - 

1)  Do they have to be pros, as in that's their job and they're getting paid money/salary for it? 

2) I watch a lot of historical dramas and there it is not always clear if they're doing the repairs or maintenance because they're being paid for it. I mean they could be just servants/slaves/soldiers doing their master's bidding. Do they count? Or is this Prompt geared strictly towards modern-day dramas with plumbers, electricians etc?

3) Do soldiers helping a battle-destroyed city/nation by rebuilding count?

4) Does a neighbor/friend help fix/repair something also count towards this prompt?  They may or may not be pros, may not be paid or maybe paid with something other than money, like food for example.

Since the directions include 'body', then does it count if in a drama/movie someone dies and then people/person are shown near a fresh grave - ? The actual burying part is not shown commonly, I've observed.

yes, that ranking is all the countries combined. To get the top ranking for a specific country, go into the filters of the link and filter by the country you want.
