Do people think she's weird? Or is she good at hiding it?

She's a little fanatic for a while...

10 titles with a poor execution of your favorite trope

1. Basketball - The cliffhanger trope isn't one of my favourites but I can appreciate a good one. This was not.

2. Sisyphus the myth- it was most amazing story. But many people didn't like it. And I agree with their point of view. It was poorly executed. My favourite trope is time travel. More favourite if it's loop. Maybe that's why I liked that drama.

3. Professional single. ML pushed & kissed FL in the wall. But the execution make me cringe & feel he's ready to rape her....

4. Vigilante - i usually love vigilantism plots but this was one fell flat, was lackluster and with characters i could not connect with at all. i was deeply disappointed as the trailer looked promising

5. Hidden Agenda - I love the secret crush trope, but they messed up the execution on so many levels. I just wish they had explored the connection between Joke and Zo more instead of pushing them to get together within the first half, only to spend a lot of remaining runtime on one episode arcs, useless arguments and the most obvious hidden agenda

6. Two Families - I have been mini-crushing on Zeng Li (so pretty!) and wanted to see a show where she was a lead. I then saw a douyin and was captivated by her kiss scene. I also read a summary on Baike (Chinese version of Wikipedia) and I think it talked about romance with childhood friend, which I usually like this trope. After watching, you find that both sets of brothers date the sisters but it is so freaking toxic. I knew it wasn’t fluffy romance but I didn’t think the writers would fit so much crap into the storyline. I wanted to smash my iPad at many times and I just couldn’t believe how downhill it went. I DO NOT recommend.

7. King the Land - i love rich guy poor girl tropes. This just seem like they just put all romance cliches without much of a story. How are we suppose to believe that ML is a serious businessman who is competing with his sister, yet is always stalking FL.

10 titles that u click with sceptical or hope nothing, but turn out to be one of the best drama / movie u've watched. Give us the reason. Could be new actor/ess or someone u never fond off... Or anything else

1. Gracious Revenge - Out of curiousity, I just clicked it from 'Suggestions to watch' list from my VIU account. I wasn't that really interested watching it, I don't even know any from the casts back then.

2. MARS

3. Autumn's Concerto

*both are older Taiwanese dramas and quality of production is obviously not good, which is a bit of a turnoff. But both drama are so good, especially MARS. I'm still hoping Korea or China would do a remake.

4. Healer - I started it, got halfway through stopped then for some reason I started it again and it is now my all time fave.

5. Happiness - I was used to jdrama and Korean language was not really my favourite, yet I tried to watch it just for the nice poster 🤣 Now I love Korean language, kdramas are definitely my favs and the lead actors are my favourite ones 😂

6. Blue Birthday - I'm not really interested in minidramas, they usually spend lots of time doing absolutely nothing. But this one turned out to be sooooo good!

7. Hwarang. Before I knew kdramas existed, I kept seeing that V was in this drama. Which I was never interested in looking up. But one day I just started it and I got sooooo hooked!

8. Mimicus. I looked up this drama because of Enhypen cameo and I knew none of the actors in the show, but it is now one of my all time favorites!

9.Seobok. I did know what to expect from that one. Started it for the Goblin main guy (don't know name) and it was the first time I saw Bo Gum. He was so well cast and it was awesome.
