Quantcast

10 movies/dramas with mature age students.

1. Twenty Again

Mature as in like college age, or as in a person who is old enough that they should be out of college but went back to school?

I'd like to know as well.

2.  My Strange Hero - man in his mid-20s returns to the high school where he was wrongly expelled

I don't see any tags with either of these dramas that would lead us to additional ones.

There is a tag called Back to School that should be for this, but My Strange Hero is the only one I know lol.

There's a tag Disguised as a High Schooler, but I don't know whether that's what the topic intends. These are two titles, both of which have to do with bullying.

3.  Angry Mom

4.  35 sai no Koukousei (2013)

5. My Perfect Stranger - FL travels back in time and while she’s a working adult in the present, she lies about her identity and joins a high school as a student

6. 55:15 Never Too Late - the leads are all transformed into their younger selves, and they go to school

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but this drama has a Becoming Young  tag, and this is another drama that has the same one.

7. 18 Again

Dont know count or not

8. Q.E.D -  mature in character

9.Doctor Cha- would this count?- FL in +-40s went back to med school

Apologies, where I come from 'mature age student' is a very well known term. Mature age means you are well out of high school when you begin tertiary education to get a degree (Anyone see Larry Crowne with Tom Hanks & Julia Roberts). When I went through there was someone in his 80s, the second time round there was a guy in his 50s and others in their 30-40s). So in the example (#1) the FL is in her 40s. There is no set starting age for this so let's say, one of the characters (doesn't have to be a lead) needs to be over 30 and going back to college/uni as a serious student (so no "I'm suddenly in my 20 year old body again" or going back to high school). So who  will continue with #2?

I think we can indlude these answer....

So... Continue with Num 5...?

@newbiefan should we continue with number 2?

2. My Second Aoharu

This is the only drama I know of that fits your criteria

It's been 24 hours, so I'm going to choose a new topic!

10 dramas/movies with breakups that made you cry (add spoiler if needed)

1. Twenty-five, Twenty-one - I've cried the exact amount of water contained in Pacific Ocean, even if I accept the breakup as a natural consequence of the story and I see they weren't meant to be, it still hurts so badly.

(not valid anymore, but for the previous topic: My Strange Hero - ML comes back to school after several years and join the younger students)

Thanks guys for the answers to the previous topic. Thanks  Komentator isenk for pointing out Doctor Cha. The other two were high school so not included (the point was they went to a tertiary [= post highschool] institution to gain tertiary qualifications as themselves, not disguised as teenagers, etc).
