5. Playful Kiss received low ratings in Korea when it aired in 2010 (5-7% range). MDL rating 7.3. It became more popular with international audiences. I re-watch various episodes depending on my mood. Not any work of staggering genius, but I've enjoyed all the adaptations of the "Itazura na Kiss" manga that I've seen:

i will also add my picks like Shinigami did with MDL ratings but in my case with 7.4 or below where i consider something as low rated
6.Ai Wo Kudasai (it's Fcking great,not well known since only 30 users have rated but 7.2? Criminal)
7.Secret Tears (Good thriller again not well known with 21 users rating it,but as someone who likes psychological stuff,i liked it a lot)

8. Circle: 2 Worlds connected - Never got more than 3% ratings in SK in any region, but it's absolutely amazing. It's also really underrated, but one of the best sci-fi dramas EVER imo.
