3. Zhe Ge Tai Zi You Dian Kuang - if I remember right, her son is crown prince at first, but then ML gets the title

*Changed mine because I realized the ML is already emperor in the answer I put.

Please correct me if I’m wrong (I’m not 100% sure if I remember it correctly) but I believe

Handmaiden (movie)

6.  Empress Ki - ML wasn't a son of empress

If queen is okay:

7. The Red Sleeve - it's even more complicated since the king and the crown prince are grandfather and grandson. So, the queen is crown prince's grandma (not biological btw)

8. Dong Yi - the queen was childless, crown prince was a son of Royal wife

As the topic stall one more title:

9. Haechi - both CPs were sons of Royal wives (and the younger one was a CP to his brother, so again even more complicated)

10. The Story of Ming Lan  - The king don't have son, so he pointed his relative to be the crown prince & almost immediately became king.

10 Titles you currently obsessed with. Give us a little story

1. Undercover High School - ML is an NIS agent who goes undercover in a highschool for a mission, where FL is a teacher. This highschool is for the elite 0.1% of South Korea.

I was not expecting to love it as much as I am because I'm literally obsessed. I literally stopped the drama I was re-watching to start this (I've never done this). I love the chemistry between leads and episode 7 gave us soo many re-watch worthy moments. I'm also liking the plot, and I think all characters are really well characterised and have depth - even side characters like Ye-na, Yu-jeong, Dong-min, etc. I'm also obsessed with the way ML looks at FL asdfg

Should have put '/queen'. My bad.

2. Himitsu: The Top Secret

It's about a special investigation team in the police department specialized in scanning the victims/criminals' brains using a MRI machine to solve criminal cases.

I get goosebump everytime the case is concluded. Their world is full of twisted people. It's so crazy that it's so good! And the relationship dynamics between the 4 leads are also very interesting and complex.

Let's say every tuesday I open the website multiple times a day since it's airing on monday and I just watched episode 8 until 37.xx during lunch break. I'm super obsessed.

3. When Life Gives You Tangerines

A slice of life about an optimist, sincere, but ambitious female on how she live her childhood until old age and how people around her including her family of four generations and her stepfamily, her sweet life partner, her friends, her neighbors, strangers, and the village people and her in-laws after she buy a boat help and support her and her family in every step they take in life, in tragedy and celebration, in poverty and wealthiness.

A colleague highly recommending and kinda force me to watch it, and it's awesome. It makes me smile and cry, and I can relate to some ocassions. Can't wait to see the next episode.

4. The Witch

The drama just concluded but it was the series I looked forward to each week. I really wanted the ML to conclude that the FL wasn't a witch, using scientific methods. Where the series led was unexpected but it still worked for me and I loved the ending.

5.Tokyo Camouflage Hour - I think the leads relationship is interesting and how different they are, not to mention FL is really seductive but not in a sexy way, really charming.

6.Madoka 26-sai Kensui Yattemasu- FL is a resident doctor and goes through 4-5 different departments to find out which department fits her, cases are interesting and how she responds to them, there is also a romance with a senior doctor that is innocent.

I have 2 more but limit is 3 so...

7.Kaseifu Kuromi wa Kusatta Kazoku wo Yurusanai - FL is a psychotic-obsessed housekepeer in a dysfunctional family trying to protect them.

8. My Liberation Notes - though I finished it few weeks ago I still think about some phrases the characters said and their different ways of thinking. the whole concept of the show and how the plot [and the characters] developed will stay with me for a while.

9. Thame Po: Heart That Skips a Beat - it ended a couple of weeks ago and I was devastated when it did!! I was completely invested in all the characters and in Thame and Po as a couple and the amount of times they made me sob and break my heart was just..

And I just ended up loving every single minute of it, through all the smiles and tears and heartbreak and adorable moments, I just loved it. It's one of those shows I just emotionally connected with

It's been 24 hours so I'll choose a new topic.
