2. Drama Special Season 6: Funny Woman - FL tries to convince ML to approve of a name change.

4. big mouth - the ml's nickname (big mouth/mouse) makes him mistaken as an infamous criminal

5. death note - the two main characters' names kind of revolved around the same meanings/ symbolisms, demonstrating that they were two sides of the same coin sorta— Light Yagami and L. Lewliet   also to use  the death note, you have to know the victim's name...

idk if these count since one is a nickname, and the other has it's whole plot revolving around names

bonus; Alice in borderlands, idk if it's for sure but I always interpreted the ml/mc's name as a reference to the rabbit hole alice travels through in alice in wonderland

6. Khemjira - as all sons in his family was being cursed, Khemjira was given a female name which meaning was to be forever safe.

7. Beloved (2025) - the murder victim, while in high school, was named Hao Mei Li = so beautiful (but she later changed her name and her face too). That name made her being bullied as she's not considered as beautiful. Then there's this note being passed around saying that Hao Mei Li is the ugliest in class and Qu Tong (FL) is the prettiest in class; in which the victim and her mom insisted that FL was the one writing it and asking FL to apologize in public, which marked the beginning of their grudge spanning decades.
