Calling someone a sunshine means that they radiate warmth, cheer, and/or happiness. A sunshine protector would be someone who’s a bit more serious, mature or colder in nature and loves, guards and protects their partner’s sunshine attitude. For example, you’ll have one character who’s always smiling and cheerful, while the other would be calmer and would always stand up to defend their ‘sunshine’.

It resembles the grumpy & sunshine trope in a way.

Let me know if it still doesn’t make sense.

so the sunshine & sunshine protector is actually a trope I’ve seen a lot in countless of edits on twitter and instagram so i thought it would’ve been a pretty simple topic

here’s a few examples i could think of:

- dong kyung and myul mang in doom at your service

- pa and ink in bad buddy

- tian and phupha in a tale of thousand stars

since there hasn’t been any replies (except for one), next person can choose a new topic
