I am thinkin the point was missed and apologies if I wasn't clear. It is okay if there are multiple mains and that their stories are important. It is that in the typical story, there are usually two main leads and two second main leads (and sometimes two third mains). What I am asking for is that you thought one of the seconds was a first until you got further into the story, looked at the MDL cast list or you just never really worked it out.

So with Navillera they are both first mains and it was written to be that way, Please Come Back, Mister, can you say with certainty which was first and which was second and as for Page Turner, was it written that way or did you get confused (if the second I can accept it).

As another example:

6. Beethoven Virus - The story opens and continues predominantly in the perspective of Jang Geun Suk's character so the introduction of Kim Myung Min's character and his billing as the first main lead, totally threw me off and I never really got behind him as the first main.

You used Hit the Top as example, so I tried to find similar. Our perceptions can be different, because for me YSY felt as main lead not KMJ. Plus, they both listed as mains on MDL

If you talked about stories like, there are ML, FL, SFL and SML and you try to understand, for example, who get the girl, that's different question. 

Maybe I just don't get when it's assemble cast (duo in our case) and when there should be ML and SML. 

I'm not sure about Please Come Back, Mister. But I think that Page Turner can be what you are talking about. (You can watch it and say if it was correct haha, it's just 3 episodes and really good one!) 

Btw, if you don't count my dramas, you get confused with order numbers. Another drama was suggested while you were writing a comment, I think
