After watching the movie, I noticed that all the objects in the poster symbolise some significant things in the story.
 Also, the jackets of the record discs all present the image of an ex-girlfriend.

10. Remember- The title of the movie progressively fades until it gets blurry which mimics the main characters Alzheimer's journey, The whole poster is grainy if you look closely just like his memory . The target is also red and is pretty clear compared to the rest of the image. I also did not notice the gun at first, they tried to blend it in just like the character tried to hide his intent.
