10 dramas/movies where a lead character and another character (doesn't necessarily have to be a lead) find out they are siblings when they didn't previously know. Mark as spoilers if necessary.

I will also count it if just one of them does not know while the other did, but the one who must not know should be the lead character.

1. While You Were Sleeping - FL puts a bandage on ML, the funniest thing is he even removes the bandage he already put himself, so she could treat another injury too hah

2. Love 911 (original name is "Bandage" btw!) - FL treats ML's injury, she's a doctor but it wasn't something that required doctor's care

She puts a bandage on, next moment he's fine enough to carry her :)

3. My Sassy Psychic (both leads always get injured due to fighting, so they both cared abt each other together, instead of going to hospital if there's severe cases)
