10.Kakafukaka- All the characters are different levels of weird or quirky in a 'they need therapy kind of way'. The main couple are strange people in different ways.

I'm sure I saw a male pair (not couple) in a recent series do this too but the name of the show escapes me. I am terrible at remembering such details. XD
