10 dramas/movies where a lead character hides the fact that they have a disability. If one or two people find out soon in the title, then that is fine as long as they are still hiding it from the rest of society.

1. Thinking of You, Lu Xiang Bei - ML hides that he is deaf/hearing impaired by basically trying to be the smartest person in the room and reading lips.

2. Where Stars Land - ML hides that he needs a wheelchair, because of a bad arm and leg, by wearing some type of enhancements that allow him to use those parts of his body.

9. Love Me in Three Days - ML suffers from a strange disease; if he has five seconds of physical contact with someone he will change into that person's appearance and won't be able to change back until three days later.

No, I'm not sure what you mean. I mean I know who Iron Man is, but I'm confused. So does he hide it? Because Iron Man doesn't really hide the fact his heart isn't good since you can clearly see the mechanism helping his heart.

And overall for the answers, I was kind of looking for more real disabilities than fantasy ones, but since I didn't specify, we'll just count those ones I guess.
