4. Alchemy of Souls - not sure this counts as it may be a form of abandonment but  ML was left in the care of nanny and father's friends.  The father took care financially but physically left

I didn't get about Love like a galaxy - did FL become motherly figure herself? My request was about leads who were a kid in this situation (currently or in their childhood)

Alchemy of souls count  as "alive but distant physically", since his father technically didn't abandon him. Yes, he believed it wasn't his son and left him alone but ML lived by his name, in his house and with his financial support
