Basically every Bailu drama.  I think her voice was dubbed in TTEOTM, but it still wasn't those annoying whiny voices.

Looking for a specific actress doesn't really work, because many cdrama actresses and actors have different dubbers for each drama/genre. 

Basically, does the female lead character sound like a standard girl you might hear, or does she sound like she's constantly talking like a kid or like she's talking to a kid?

For those who loved TLBFAD, don't kill me :) , but the FL had one of the most annoying baby talk, so we have to look for the opposite of that.
