6.  JIN - a brain surgeon finds himself back in the late Edo period of Japan with no idea how he got there or any way back. It isn't just that he's there for years, but he re-invents so many medical cures and procedures... going against time travel rules that you don't mess with the time line. He's a doctor - trying to heal people is what he does. Excellent drama spanning two seasons (half in each).

7. Be My Favourite - the time travel aspect isn't really new, but the way they pulled it of was. The first time Kawi uses the snow globe, he returns back to the very first time he saw the snow globe. Every time he uses it after that, he returns back to the exact time he last used it. I've never watched a drama that executed time travel like this before and it was really refreshing to watch their love story blossom because of the time travel

ColourMePurple since u found it unique for me it's count. Next is num 7

This sounds like my type of drama. I like repeated time travel.

You'll definitely like it then! Enemies to lovers, character development and of course repeated time travel, if you like these tropes, you will definitely enjoy it

If I understand correctly, The Way You Shine is number 6, then we need numbers 9 and 10

9. Bossam: Steal the Fate - this drama is dedicated to bossam - procedure of remarriage for widows via kidnapping. ML kidnaps the wrong widow and adventure starts

10. Hotel del Luna - story of the owner of the hotel that caters only to ghosts. This fact alone made wanna watch this haha, it was my getaway drama

10 titles where a lead experienced injustice from their parents/custodians and then treated their child the same instead of being supportive parent

For example, parents prohibited their son to chase his dream or marry someone he loves and then he did the same for his own children

1. Empress Ki - ML was illiterate marionette in order to survive, he suffered from it but then also prohibited his first born to study, fight, etc.

2. Moon lovers - ML was unloved son and then became inattentive father who didn't want to communicate with his son

3. King The Land-

i read question again. Ignore this, the ML's  father was the one prohibiting him and ML doesn't have a child.

If secondary leads count

3. Eve- SFL Han So Ra was criticized and treated harshly by her father, She treats her young  daughter the same way from the interactions we saw

4. Penthouse - one of FLs, Cheon Seo-Jin was pressured and treated harshly by her parents growing up and then she became herself the same parent to her own daughter.

5. 18 Again - the ML had a bad relationship with his father and they barely talked. He then kind of neglected his children because of work and because he was always drinking.

I think King the Land works, parents prohibited their son to chase his dream or marry someone he loves and then he [the parent] did the same for his own children. if ML's Dad was prohibited/discouraged from marrying by his own parents.

Not sure if this counts

6. Bad Buddy - MLs dad put incredible pressure on him to study engineering and be a rugby player because his dad did the exact same thing

It's been 24 hours so I'm going to pick a new topic.

10 dramas/movies with a prisoner ML.
