When was the protest in this one? - Both are reporters and while they are working towards a purpose, I cannot remember a protest. Might have to watch this one again (for the 100th - LOL - time).

Not them do the protest. But about FL's mom do wrong news or something like that. And that's make FL's mom suspend at work. I forget either this also effect the case of ML or not. Haha...
