I'm trynna find a drama

I watched this drama around 2013 Idk if they're 2 seperate dramas or the same I remember 2 plots like it's about a cat that is a woman and the other thing I remember is that they put like a collar on the woman something like that and there was like a control thing idk if anyone is gonna get this I been searching for years I just remember like she was from heaven or something as well 

I think it's a korean drama but I could be wrong
