I just took a look at my uncompleted list and my only 10s are two movies
Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu and Tada, Kimi Wo Aishiteru
I just adore the love story in these two movies, they're such great dramas with *spoiler* tragic endings T__T. I was downright bawling at the end of both of them.
As far as dramas go... the only one I can think of that comes up to par with giving that perfect 10 is IRIS Its focused on acting rather than just having eye candy...(Ok, maybe minus T.O.P).

So me got just 4 dramas with 10 out of 10.
I think I´m a bit harsh with ratings, but still here are my 10 out of 10 dramas:
COFFEE PRINCE: The acting was awsome, the staff is gorgeous, the music fits the drama theme, the story is superb( though I skip most of the other couples story), the directing is great, the whole atmosphere of the drama is realy good.
SECRET GARDEN: Does anyone need to know why it got a 10?
The story is diffrent, its the guy running after the girl and not the other was, the actors are absolutly fitting the roles and acting the best ever. The Ost is georgous....etc etc
SNOW QUEEN: Thouh the ending wasn`t what I wished for this drama is absolutly awsome. Hyun Bins acting, the actress acting as Bo Ra is also super good and believable in this role. The music is nice, the story is good and what I liked was that they didn`t just got the main female lead to wear a school uniform to play her younger self, but used a lil girl.
YOU´RE BEAUTIFUL: Maybe many ppl think that this drama doesn`t deserve a 10, because of Park Shin Hye`s acting, but still I don´t think that any drama before and after YB made me sooooo much wanting to watch the next ep.
The acting of the male actors is really good, all sice character though not given much importance to are really good and fitting. Lee Hong Ki made me just wanna hug him in every ep. Though I didn`t like Shin Wo, even him I wanted to hug once in a while.
The Ost is awsome, I´m still listening to its music.
Maybe I should rerate Autumns Concerto, this drama really deserves a 10, but I can´t get myself to give Van Nes Wu a 10.

Haha I kind of cringe at the 1Os to You're Beautiful and BOF as well, but I know it's hard to rate your first drama less than a 1O (although I rated Hana Kimi a 9 after a while, kind of changed how I rated dramas).
I don't really have a specific rating system for how I rate dramas, if I was really taken in by a drama or blown away by it I tend to give it a full 1O.
If I still loved the drama but found something lacking in it - I give it a 9.
If I think a drama was really good but not necessarily the best I've seen or something that I liked but wasn't really blown away by it - I give it an 8.
7's I give to dramas/movies that I find are average, nice, okay, kind of liked it, but not the best.
6 are for dramas that I liked a little bit, there was something good about the drama, but it didn't win me over or really stand out to me.
5's are for dramas that are just average, didn't stand out, but I made it through it.
4's are for dramas that just....were not good, bored me, wish I'd dropped, etc. (and that's the lowest score I've given to a drama that slowly went farther down in time...hahaha)
Dramas I've rated a 1O:
1 Litre Of Tears: - I gave it a 1O because not only did it pull me in and I watched it all in one day, but the acting was done really well and it was one of those dramas that had me thinking long after the drama had already ended.
Coffee Prince: It was my first Kdrama, the second or third drama I started watching, but there was something about the drama that just pulled me in from the first episode, the chemistry was great, I loved all the baristas!
Hana Yori Dango: It was my second drama ever! But I can't seem to give it less than a 1O, I've watched it twice, but even the second time I found myself swept up in the drama and the emotions - made me a fan for MatsuJun :p Although it's faded now compared to some of the other actors I love, the drama was a lot of firsts for me and it's still my favorite live-version of HYD (although Meteor Garden is the best because of how close it was to the manga)
Kimi Wa Petto: This drama pulled me in from the first episode, I think that moment where I realized the main actress was the one that played as Taka in The Last Samurai, haha. MatsuJun was adorable and perfect for the part! I watched it in like 2 days, laughing, crying - I got swept up in the drama so I find it hard to give it less than a 1O.
My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho: Bet no one is surprised at that haha. I loved this drama!! And it's now my favorite drama so how can I give it anything less than a 1O? It made me laugh so much - I watched it for Seung Gi but I loved the whole cast! And I do plan on rewatching it! I loved the story, the characters, the music!
Secret Garden: After all the rave when I checked it out it wasn't the same response I gave You're Beautiful (as in "it's cute but really, what's the big deal?") - I could see the big deal about Secret Garden. A female lead that stands up for herself, a male lead who falls in love first, fun loving side characters - and more! The unique storyline all wrapping up to the ending which I actually found perfect. I loved it!
Shining Inheritance: (another surprise? Haha). Yes, this drama introduced me to Seung Gi, but it's not why I gave it a 1O. I gave it a 1O because of the roller coaster it put me on - happy, sad, frustrated - the endings that made you have to watch the next episode just to see what would happen next! 28 episodes I watched in one week! Great drama! The step mom was really wicked....and to see her go from that to her more sad character in City Hunter...wow.
The Princess' Man: My first saeguk - watched it while it was airing! As soon as each episode got subtitles I dropped everything to watch it! I was addicted to it - needed to watch the next episodes! The soundtrack was beautiful, the acting was terrific - it's a really excellent drama!

LOL, I cringe at that and the My Girl one (I had to say it..lol. :p) and tease kamz all the time because of her 10 to BBF, but there are more I've seen on the thread that make me cringe too. But honestly this is all about tastes, so I'm very sure some people cringe at some of my 10s too. I just say people will like what they like, so whatever...lol
aha ... I have to agree with Mary on this one .. I usually stalk people's list.. and if a person gives a 10 to the ones i usually rate 5 or under or even 7 or under then i automatically know that their taste is diff than mine.. its exciting to find someone who gives a 10 to those who i give a 10... i am a bias >_< ... i dont like it when people give Coffe prince less than 9 >_< "hides
I also change my ratings other than the ones i gave a 10 .. when i first started watching these dramas , i lacked experience in judging ... but now when i have some experience i went back and changed it... watching too many dramas does that to you :P
Coffee prince :) ... it was my first ... i loved how it was written ... acted.. and esp the way it was realistic.. and mature... in some aspects... i just fell in love with this drama ..
Secret Garden .. i fell in love with Hyun Bin .. ( i confess:P) beautiful storyline .. sizzling chemistry ... and love the acting .. i also liked how it had some very sentimental / emotional scenes in it .. esp the scene with main lead actress's dad and hyun bin
Can you hear my heart... I have a weakness for dramas or movies that have something to do with Characters who have Special needs :) i loved this story .. some of the characters touched me in such emotional ways ... that when this drama end airing i was really sad ... :) First drama I really drama enjoyed watching on air .. so far ... i also liked the chemistry between main leads :) it was very light and cute...
Protect the Boss.. i gave it a ten for its humor .. hahaha this is the first show that really made me laugh out loud ... i really liked main leads ... and that made me watch Petty romance movie that has the same main girl lead ... i also liked both cousins rivalry .. it was so0o cute and funny ...
Am watching Bara no Nai Hanaya .. and i think ...I THINK .. its going to be rated 10 .. cuz i am falling for it .. it is such a beautiful Jap drama .. where was i ? why didnt i ever watch it before.. am glad i started watching this one ..

SECRET GARDEN
- for all of the above listed reasons. :P There are truly many of them.
MY GIRL
- so technically this was a 9.5, because I laughed my head off and adored the main couple, but despised the second female lead (and her manager). and wasn't a big fan of the second male lead either (don't hurt me >__<). however, I rounded it up to a 10, because it had lee dong wook in it, and I will actually watch pretty much anything with him in it. in My Girl, lee dong wook is great, and lee da hae is absolutely amazing as the quirky, scheming, yet loveable joo yoo rin, and together, they have seriously some of the most amazing chemistry ever.
DREAM HIGH
- I adored this drama, for a multitude of reasons.
a) JYP steals every. single. scene. that he's in
b) the adult cast is made up of fantastic actors, and unlike most other school dramas, I actually like the adults and their conflicts and storylines.
c) unlike 95% of other dramas, Dream High doesn't have "good" and "bad" guys. the characters are great, and they're what make a pretty average storyline ridiculously watchable
d) AMAZING MUSIC. better than Secret Garden, end of story.
e) yes. fine. half the cast can't act. but if they can't act, then damn, can they sing. (and dance, as well)
f) it definitely helps that the idol-heavy cast is quite easy on the eyes ;P
49 DAYS
- probably my favourite dramas (one of my first, to be fair)
- great soundtrack, a few memorable songs from the OST
- amazing characters, assigned to for the most part good actors
- one of the best drama ensemble casts ever: the chemistry of the entire cast is really good
- surprisingly unique storyline that was way more interesting than the synopsis suggested
- fantastic writing and direction and cinematography
- jung il woo <3 enough said
WILD ROMANCE (yes there I said it Dx) and THE PRINCESS'S MAN will probably also end up making this list.
