What you mean slurping when they eat?
In several countries in Asia slurping while eating is considered good manners, it shows that you are appreciating the food ecc...

I dont find slurping in dramas strange at all...what I find strange is my fascination of the slurping!!! I actually like the way they eat....to me it shows that they are enjoying their food!! I know im wierd but oh well!!!
I don't like it as well, but that's their culture (I heard it shows that they appreciate the meal).
I'm alwaaaays nagging my family when they do this however I don't mind on dramas haha.
I'm really not bothered about it, it's Asia so noodles, soups and other dishes are only eaten by slurping, I actually enjoy it because it shows me how they are actually eating the food and enjoying it, it also makes me hungry sometimes too :P
