Well, from what I understand he did A LOT of working out for it. It's not photoshopped, because there is actually another picture of him that was taken at a concert when he rips open his shirt and you can see his abs in all their glory. Lol. And even though I adore him, I do have to admit those abs with that adorable face almost don't jive. Lol. But I am not one to complain ;)
