Oppa...you need to knuckle down on this rating system. You keep throwing new ratings at me and I'm all confused!

Also I'm at work so I don't have the original rating system with me that ended with Flying Kick and Ultra Chop! ...Although i do think we need a level 1.1 Since we do have a level 2.
