I thought it was an insult to guys that go around spitting on sidewalks and other places. Especially old men. Which is disgusting.

But yeah I think it's referring to a certain body part that has fluids.

I watched episodes 4-6 of the Bangkok Boy today. I know people who have stuck with watching this seem to really like it. It is well done. The characters are interesting and their interactions are meaningful. The fight scenes are exciting and the crime story is complex in ways that keep me wanting to know what will happen next. Overall I find it quite compelling. I do have to be in the right mood to watch it, though, as some of the story elements (especially sexual assault in prison and forced prostitution ) are very upsetting. I like the mix of Korean and Thai actors.

I still, however, feel the same way about this show now as I did when I put it on hold. This is a crime thriller with a BL side story, not a crime BL. I hope the second half of the series changes my mind.

Just to further explain my point, to me KinnPorsche is a crime BL, whereas Manner of Death is a crime drama with a BL couple as leads. The Bangkok Boy is a crime drama with the possibility of a BL couple.

And wow, what an event. Yet another indication of how capable and sophisticated Domundi has become in 3-4 years, and how far the new Gen 3 and Gen 4 actors have come in much less time - most of all Teetee, who has matured soooo much (in a very good way) in the year and a half since "DMD Friendship: The Reality", in which he was a cutie but lacked confidence and presence. He has plenty of both now!

Another observation about Domundi: With the singular exception of Joss (long ago, so not really relevant), you don't see their actors jumping to GMMTV (knock wood). I get the sense that Aoftion treats them very well.

By the way, a little tip in case it's useful to anyone one: I was struggling with how to buy FastTrack for the two special episodes of "JohanNorth" using VPN to WeTV Bangkok, since directly paying with Google Playstore was prevented by geo-blocking. The solution: Buy WeTV coins (via Google Playstore), then pay with them - which also turned out to be cheaper!
