Watching LoveSick 2024 as it's airing, my first impression is that it's giving the same vibes as the original. They've also made an effort in casting actors who look similar as the original cast. This is esp. true for Progress cast as Noh.angeliviki2022:
Yes, this has also been my impression - and interesting to hear it confirmed from someone who (unlike me) really knows the original series.
both Almond and Progress have risen up to the challenge of tackling a remake of a much-beloved and iconic show. Their acting and chemistry have been great throughout. I'm even more impressed when I realized that Progress is 15 and Almond is 17. I can't wait to see them grow even more as artists.
