So MDL shows 10 eps for Our Youth, but elsewhere I see 11 eps. ??

Ep 11 is the special episode! The MDL page is here, it’s two short episodes in one.

Episode 10 is the finale of the main story, episode 11 is the "After Story" (separately listed on MDL).

Although Gaga doesn't show anything beyond this episode 11, MDL lists a second "After Story" episode. I don't know whether this is a mistake or whether there's really one more to come (which, if so, would indeed be good news).

Yes!! There's an extra episode! Could be considered as a special, but I just see it as the last episode of the drama. https://kisskh.at/784474-miseinen-mijukuna-oretachi-wa-bukiyo-ni-shinkochu-after-story

Note sure if these meet your criteria exactly, but here are my recs (all are HEA):

  • Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu College relationship ended badly, and the two MLs haven't seen each other in many years. Just days before a world-ending meteor will hit the earth, the two unexpectedly meet at their college library, and one wants to rekindle their romance and one resists as he's moved on.
  • I Told Sunset about You (ITSAY) This is one of the best coming of age LGBTQ+ stories I have seen. Set in Phuket, the scenery is breath-taking. It's well-acted, well-directed, and I loved it. In Teh, we have a character confused about his sexuality as he finds himself attracted to his long-term crush Tan and to Oh-aew, his former best friend with whom he has recently reunited. TW: This emotional drama is not your typical BL.
  • I Promised You the Moon This is the sequel to ITSAY. It's a roller coaster ride for your emotions, but if you recall your college years and all the bad decisions you made, maybe you'll sympathize with the characters a little better. They're in their late teens to early 20s, and they don't communicate well. As a budding actor, Teh is being ruled by his emotions and passion. Oh-aew has a group of loyal friends who made me laugh and made me cry. TW: infidelity
  • Koi wo Suru nara Nidome ga Joto (Love is Better the Second Time Around) Miyata-kun and Takashi were close in high school. More than 10 years later, they meet again professionally, and Takashi is keen in rekindling what they had in high school. Each episode reveals a little more of the incident that tore them apart, and I found the storytelling compelling.
  • Miseinen: Mijukuna Oretachi wa Bukiyo ni Shinkochu  (aka Our Youth)  A studious rule follower, Minase Jin, meets Hirukawa Haruki,  an infamous troublemaker (smoker, gets into fights, skips school, beat up a teacher) outside the classroom and starts noticing everything about him. Unfortunately, that includes getting beaten up by his drunk father. They maintain a friendship outside of school but do not want to be seen together while at school. After a major incident, Hirukawa leaves and wants no contact with Minase. They meet by chance years later at Hirukawa's university. There is a Special that covers their Work Life. TW: Parental physical abuse of teen; Parental neglect
  • Shigatsu no Tokyo wa... (Tokyo in April Is... ) TW: Childhood trauma from their time together, separation and a reunion. Love and healing that the two of them could find only in each other.
  • To Be Continued Best friends reuniting after 10 years. One (a popular actor) is keen to reconnect, but the other (a doctor) wants nothing to do with him. I thought it was well done, which kept me watching. Ep 7 was the key episode, revealing what happened 10 years ago.
