Hey, my exact thoughts too - referring to # 1 & 3.
The switch up in the N/C scene was unexpected but also very Mandee coded-- I liked it-- Kong has great eyesaxdxex:
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I actually found Kong's NC "switch up" not creditable within the context of his character throughout the series. I couldn't buy into it and skipped a lot of it. Partly cuz all of a sudden his bangs aren't in his eyes for the first time (peeking out like a little boy saying "aren't I the cutest thing ever?", as it was staged so he would fit the part of seducer, which is not his normal look. I mean, his normal vibe just won't work in this scene. 😆
On that note, I need Por & TeeTee's drama ;; maybe at the end of the year ?

And then I suggested we watch 2gether together so we started ep 1 today and it’s soo fun to enjoy a drama together! And I’m so excited for her cuz it’s her first BL drama and she’s enjoying it a lot 🥳OnyxTheHedgehog:

Assuming you're talking about "2gether", I liked it, despite its considerable weaknesses - although to be honest, this is in no small part because of Bright and Win's physical attractiveness. (I'm not such a snoggy person, so I didn't mind the lack of snogging, etc.)
For me, the sequel "Still 2gether" is absolutely essential to watch, as it provides the satisfying conclusion and relationship between Bright and Win that the original series never reached.
I honestly love 2gether-- it was my first BL. I watched it while it was airing and I was at home, under lockdown for the pandemic.
The thing is-- looking back and comparing it to the 119 other BL's I've watched, the lack of kissing scenes really feels like a cop out. Not because I particularly need kiss scenes or N/C scenes, but because at times the buildup was there, but there was no pay off. SO-- I understand why people might not like it in this day and age lol
The way things played out IRL for Bright & Win after doesn't help--
On a different but same topic-- I wish Win would do a one time BL, like I don't want him in a ship, but just one show--
No kiss scenes? 🥺 oh well, it would’ve been awkward to watch spicy scenes with her anyway lol, I love the comedy side of the series so far

Not gonna lie, but I personally disliked it. The actors by themselves are great. It was going fine and they had decent chemistry until the mains got together and they suddenly became the stiffest and most awkward characters ever (at least for me). Like, I don't care about kisses or NC scenes (Cherry magic Japan is my fav), but they should at least ACT like boyfriends. Idk, it just felt like they were forced to be together. Thr comedy was entertaining from what I remember though

I do not think I have ever watched a sudden switch up (I may be wrong and just do not remember lol)
