I decided to jump into ThamePo now that I have some breathing room with the number of airing series I was watching has thinned out. I just finished ep 6. OMG that was an especially cute episode with Thame and Po.
I loved ThamePo so much, I have big feelings about that show and WilliamEst lolll

bring me back to day 1 of thamepo, I wanna relive the moment. I was happy when I saw LYKN the first time acting, I didn't really know who Est was. I saw him in a few HSF videos before and probably with Joong, That day the first episode came out,was the day I was truly happy to be watching a series with a group of members I've been wanting to hardcore stan. I felt like this show could teach me more about them,and it did. It taught me the difference vs similarities between them in the series vs them irl. I love the OST, the visual fx, the plot, the acting, the cast.. oh my god. I loved every moment of it, my friend even watched 9 episodes just bc I kept on yapping about it. I was glad, I cried when episode 10-12 happened, those were real tears.. But oh well the series ended, I still watch it every now and then but i mostly listen to the music.. but Im glad you're enjoying it.
I can't stand Jun though, he's such a jerk. I have stronger words, but I'm holding back.
I can't tell how often I had words in my head every time he appeared! tbh, this character partly ruined my enjoyment of the show. I don't think I've ever felt so strongly negative about a character before, well maybe Tan in We Are. That was hella annoying in a diff way.

Like Art Girl (previous post), I'm also surprised. In my own case, I admittedly have low standards where cuties are involved, but cute 'n fluffy isn't your thing.
You're absolutely right about expectations. I likewise went in with very low expectations (I was already using the word "trainwreck" way back in my post about the trailer). Same now with "Last Meal Universe" (which is even way more of a trainwreck, gah!).
The expectations thing also works the other way, i.e. when new releases get hyped so much - and then many viewers are disappointed. We've had a few of these over the past year, e.g. "Kidnap" (which I've still not watched myself, but that's what I've heard in various reviews).
And speaking of low expectations:
Season of Love in Shimane A.K.A. Ai no Kisetsu (sequel to Kiseki chapter 2)
After "Kiseki Chapter 2", expectations don't get much lower than this, so I'll definitely watch it, haha!
